The one blip was an 18th-hole shot that stopped just short of the water. Mickelson can credit his new swing instructor, Butch Harmon, who tutored Tiger Woods until 2004. Sean O'Hair, Mickelson's playing partner, was in the mix until a quadruple-bogey 17th hole that he hit into the water twice. O'Hair ended up in 11th place. Woods finished at 37th.
