(AP Photo/Bob Owen) (Associated Press) The Stars were out in force last night to lift the San Antonio Spurs to a 98-89 win over the New Orleans Hornets, reports the Associated Press. Manu Ginobili had 30 points and a career-high 12 assists and Tim Duncan added 25 points and 11 rebounds as San Antonio won its fifth straight. Chris Paul scored 27 for the Hornets, who have lost two straight and are now tied for the lead in the Southwest Division. Ginobili's 14 points in the third quarter put San Antonio up by as many as 17 late in the period.
