The campaign says there have been 3.1 million donors this cycle, compared to 3 million in 2008, ABC reports. Three women have donated for every two men and 2 million have donated $25 or less and more than 1.4 million have donated more than once, according to the campaign, which was outraised by the Romney campaign in July for the third month in a row.
