Parts of another prostitute had earlier been found nearby, along with a bag containing knives and a hacksaw. Criminology student Stephen Griffiths—who identified himself in court as the "Crossbow Cannibal" and boasted he was getting a doctorate "in Jack the Ripper"—has been charged with the murders of both women and another who is still missing, the Independent reports.
