Lookin at Lucky's victory in yesterday's Preakness made 2011 the 32nd straight year without a Triple Crown winner, notes USA Today. It also took some pressure off Derby winner Super Saver, who won't have to run 1½ miles in his third race in 5 weeks. "We wanted to win the Preakness," said Todd Pletcher, who trains Super Saver. "There's nothing more that I would have loved to have done than to come back to Belmont with a chance at the Triple Crown."
