(AP Photo/David J. Phillip, File) Tiger Woods was drinking before his SUV crash, a newly released police report shows. Elin Nordegren Woods told the officers at the scene her husband had consumed alcohol and had prescriptions for Ambien and Vicodin the day of the crash. The new details come from a police report leaked to Radar Online—the police chief says he's investigating the leak—and subsequently released by the Windermere, Fla., police department. Nordegren's comments were the basis for the Florida Highway Patrol's unsuccessful attempt to get a blood sample from Woods, the Orlando Sentinel reports. The officer who came to the crash scene said he found Woods lying covered with a blanket, with Nordegren kneeling beside him. "My immediate observations were that of an unresponsive subject, breathing adequately with lacerations to the lips and noticeable blood in the mouth," the officer wrote in the report. "Mr. Woods was not responsive." Read These Next Gavin Newsom has filed a massive lawsuit against Fox News. Trumps ends trade talks with Canada.
