In only his second Major League Baseball performance, Jurrjens threw a no-hitter into the sixth before Jhonny Peralta's homer gave the Indians their sole run. Magglio Ordonez and Carlos Guillen smashed back-to back dingers to pull Detroit within a half game of the division lead. Last night's outing was the first in a crucial three-game series between the rivals. With big-gun closer Joel Zumaya back from the disabled list, the Tigers hope they can seize the opportunity to dethrone the Tribe. Meanwhile, Detroit manager Jim Leyland said injured lefty Andrew Miller will be healthy in time to take on the Yankees Friday.
