(AP Photo/Jan-Michael Stump) Michael Moore may have gone too far this time: Prize-winning photographer Michael Yon is readying a lawsuit against the filmmaker for using one of his iconic photos from Iraq without permission, the New York Post reports. The image of an American soldier carrying the bloody body of an Iraqi child was voted the top photo of 2005 by Time readers. Moore posted it on his website last year. “The implication on Moore's website was that our soldiers were somehow responsible for that kid being wounded. That is absolutely not true. She was the victim of an insurgent's car bomb,” said Yon’s lawyer. The photographer, who tried to contact Moore for seven months without response, added, “I've never sued anyone in my life. It looks like Mr Moore might be the first.” Read These Next A Minnesota gubernatorial candidate's daughter has been killed. FBI images show masked man at Nancy Guthrie's front door.
