Shia LaBeouf Charged With Drunk Driving

Police arrested actor Shia LaBeouf early this morning after the 22-year-old rolled his car while attempting a left turn in Los Angeles. LaBeouf was taken to a hospital for injuries to the head, left hand, and knee. No one else was seriously injured. It's LaBeouf's second recent run-in with the law—he was charged with appearing intoxicated and refusing to leave a Chicago store in November. Charges were later dropped.

"It was immediately apparent to officers responding on the scene that LaBeouf was intoxicated and he was subsequently placed under arrest," said a police spokesman.
