The actor was spotted handing out cookies to people waiting in line for early voting in New York City, per the Hollywood Reporter. "I want to say thank you for coming out and doing your part and voting," a masked Rudd can be heard saying in video posted to Twitter from Brooklyn's Barclays Center. It also just so happened to be raining at the time. "It should not be hard to vote," Rudd told Now This News.
