The livestream was the second biggest in YouTube's history, though it couldn't match the 8 million concurrent viewers who tuned in to see the Red Bull Stratos jump in 2012, reports the Verge. The SpaceX livestream has now been viewed a total of 11.5 million times. A four-hour livestream of "Starman" cruising in space has been watched another 7.7 million times.
