"He made it crystal-clear to me through his representative that he would carry out his public duty as a citizen and resident of this community,” said Chief Judge Tim Evans, per the Chicago Tribune. The particulars of when and where the former president will report aren't known, but Evans says proper security will be in place for the big day in November.
