(AP Photo/Jeffrey Phelps) Milwaukee's Sherman Park neighborhood has seen two nights of unrest after the fatal shooting Saturday night of a black suspect by a black police officer, and on Monday, Mayor Tom Barrett announced a 10pm curfew for teenagers in the neighborhood. In addition, Sherman Park will close at 6pm each night and reopen at 6am each morning, until further notice, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports. The mayor continued to insist Monday that Sylville Smith was holding a gun when he was shot and killed; the 23-year-old's family says he was not. The Wisconsin Department of Justice is investigating.
