New Babies for Rosie, Elton

It's been a big week for celebrity babies:

• Rosie O'Donnell welcomed her first baby with wife Michelle Rounds on Saturday, a rep confirms to ABC News. O'Donnell tweeted an interestingly-spelled announcement yesterday, along with a picture: "we r thrilled to announce the arrival of r daughter Dakota - #withloveandthanks - AMEN." Dakota was adopted, and is the first child for Rounds. O'Donnell has four kids from her marriage to Kelli Carpenter.

• Sources tell the New York Post that Elton John and David Furnish now have a second baby via the same surrogate who bore their son, Zachary. Elton's rep won't confirm or deny, though the Post claims she's currently negotiating an Us Weekly cover story on the new family addition.
• UK singer Lily Allen gave birth to her second daughter with husband Sam Cooper Tuesday, sources tell the Sun. Marnie Rose Cooper "is a real cutie," a friend says.
