(AP Photo/LM Otero) Texas Rangers star Josh Hamilton had to step before the cameras today and admit he had a "weak night" this week when we went to a bar and had "three or four" drinks, reports the Dallas Morning News. A pro athlete tipping back a few wouldn't normally be news, but Hamilton has a long history of drug and alcohol abuse—he missed the entire 2004 and 2005 seasons before making a comeback that earned him MVP honors in 2010. "I feel terrible about this because I feel like I let a lot of people down," said Hamilton, who promised to work harder at his recovery and asked for prayers for him and his family. "There's nobody that feels worse than I do." Read These Next A Social Security whistleblower says retaliation made him quit. RFK Jr. suggests antidepressants to blame after shooting.
