The Greek PM scheduled an emergency Cabinet meeting after Finance Minister Evangelos Venizelos broke with him today, shrinking his majority to one; the sources say his announcement will come as soon as that meeting has concluded. But the BBC also reports that Greek state TV is saying that Papandreou told attendees of the Cabinet meeting that he was not resigning. Stay tuned.
