Emergency responders found 46-year-old Deborah McVay dead of a single .22 caliber gunshot to the head, reports Aol News. Her unnamed son, who was arraigned in court today, is charged as a juvenile, notes the AP. McVay's 15-year-old daughter is with relatives; it's unclear whether she witnessed her mother's murder. "We don't have homicides here, period," says the county prosecutor. "I've got nothing to compare it to." Read These Next New Fox star, 23, misses first day after car troubles.
