The queen’s eldest grandson, Peter Phillips, welcomed a daughter yesterday with wife Autumn Kelly, the Daily Mail reports. “The Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Princess Royal, Captain Mark Phillips, and Autumn's family have been informed and are delighted with the news,” read a statement from the palace.
