(AP Photo/SITE Intelligence Group) Anwar al-Awlaki declared open season on American lives in a new video circulated on jihadist web sites, the BBC reports. Those sympathetic to Awlaki and al-Qaeda need not ask whether to kill Americans at any point, the US-born cleric said, because they are of the "party of devils." The video arrived just days after YouTube yanked hundreds of Awlaki's videos. Awlaki also urged open rebellion against the governments of Yemen and Saudi Arabia, saying in the video that the "corrupt Kings, emirs, and presidents are not now qualified to lead the nation, or even a flock of sheep. If the leaders are corrupt, the scholars have the responsibility to lead the nation." Both the CIA and Yemen are hunting Awlaki, who has been linked to the Fort Hood shootings, the Christmas bomber, and the Times Square bomber. Read These Next Need a solid 'air hack'?
