(AP Photo/Evan Agostini) Disney Channel actress and singer Demi Lovato has quit the Jonas Brothers’ tour and entered rehab, the New York Daily News reports. The 18-year-old is seeking “medical treatment for emotional and physical issues she has dealt with for some time,” said a rep. The Camp Rock and Sonny With a Chance star has suffered from an eating disorder and cutting herself, an insider told the AP. A physical spat with another female on the tour spurred Lovato to take action, TMZ reports. She appeared at Miley Cyrus’ birthday party with red marks on her wrist, which her spokespeople denied were from self-harm. Lovato, who recently deleted her Twitter account, “regrets not being able to finish her tour but is looking forward to getting back to work in the near future,” the rep noted.
