Politics | Bill Clinton Clinton to Obama: Fight Back! Forty-two thinks 44 is letting the Republicans knock him around By Kevin Spak Posted Sep 23, 2010 11:25 AM CDT Copied Former U.S. President Bill Clinton makes introductory remarks at the Clinton Global Initiative, Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2010, in New York. He needs to hear it.” “So I tell him to sort of try to get the country up again without being—looking—naïve or la-la,” Clinton continued. “Embrace people’s anger, including their disappointment at you. And just ask ‘em to not let the anger cloud their judgment.” Clinton also bashed Democrats who were distancing themselves from Obama, saying local strategies “just won’t work.” Read These Next Kansas City Chiefs moving across state line.
